Partnering with state government and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), we pledge to provide you and everyone in town with hands-on assistance to cut energy bills, create a cleaner, healthier community, and protect our planet for future generations. Who's Involved: It's In Our Power is a program formed by Highland Park residents and businesses, state and local government, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). We are one of three towns in New Jersey selected to participate in the EPA's Climate Showcase Communities project.
